FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Q. Will my pick'n'mix box be exactly as it is in the photo?

 

The photo's of our pick'n'mix boxes are for illustration purposes only.

You will however only recieve the style of box you have ordered - e.g. If you order a fizzy box, it will contain only fizzy sweets. No plain jellies, chocolate or liquorice, and likewise with the other box options

 

Q. I'm allergic to a certain ingredient or product group. Can you help?

 

With changes in recent legisation, we keep a full list of ingredients from each product we use. We are able to advise on which sweets contain which ingredients so you can confidently enjoy your sweets.

 

Q. Can I order something to be delivered as a gift?

 

Of course you can. Just provide us with the delivery address .

 

Q. How long will my delivery take?

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 - 48 hrs depending on order size, so should be with you in 3-5 working days

 

Q. What should i do if I'm not happy with my order?

 

We genuinely hope that you will be happy with your sweets but should something be wrong, please contact us within 7 days of your order arriving either by email on shop@simplysweetltd.co.uk, or by phone on 07719066384.
